4. Appointment Cancellations

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Missed appointments and late cancellations are non-refundable
• Deposits may be retained if insufficient notice is given or in case of non-attendance
• Consultation fees are non-refundable and non-transferable
• Full payment (consultation and/or treatment) is taken at the time of booking

If you cancel outside the 48-hour window, fees cannot be refunded or applied to future treatments.

5. Treatment Results

We will discuss all treatment options, risks, benefits, and alternatives (including no treatment). Patients are encouraged to actively participate in consultations.

• Treatment is never enforced
• Full verbal, written, and photographic consent is required
• We reserve the right to refuse treatment if deemed clinically unsuitable or if behaviour is inappropriate

Results vary between individuals and are not guaranteed, due to factors such as lifestyle, adherence to medical advice, and biological differences.

6. Follow-Up Appointments

Follow-up appointments are available upon request to review treatment results.

If a follow-up appointment is missed, a replacement appointment may not be offered.

7. Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued for treatments carried out in good faith or where adverse reactions occur.

8. Children & Pets Policy

• Patients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
• Pets are not permitted due to hygiene regulations

9. Compliments & Complaints

We value feedback and aim for patient satisfaction.

If you are happy with your results, we would love to hear from you. If not, please allow us the opportunity to review your concerns.

Formal complaints should be emailed to info@arthregen.co.uk with the subject line “Formal Complaint.” We aim to respond within 5 working days.

Patients under 18 must attend with a parent/guardian.

By booking or attending, you confirm that:
